This Railroad/Transit project consisted of approximately 2.3 miles of construction and implementation of a new rail system for the City of Tampa.  The rail line serves as direct connectivity of downtown Tampa’s Channel Side District to the downtown Centro Ybor District.  Cumbey & Fair was responsible for all aspects of the precise construction staking and layout of the rail alignment. This included the layout of the rails, stations, roadway, railroad crossings, signal poles and lights, sidewalk and driveways, relocated storm sewer, utilities and street crossings.
